Dear Path Finder,

I pray you find your purposeful path, walk audaciously in it and inspire others to find theirs too.

I never thought I would be a business owner at 28 years old, employing people, all while working a full-time job, pursuing my Master’s degree, preparing to travel across Africa, and carrying the mandate of making Christ known.

Okay… wait. Before I get ahead of myself — let me say this clearly.

We are not closing in this season.

I truly thought the Uncommon Path newsletters would take a break during the holidays, but God reminded me of something profound. This is not content creation. This is ministry. This is stewardship. And ministry is not seasonal; it requires consistency, honour, and obedience.

And then I remembered something else:
On the days when I don’t feel like writing… those are the very days when the letters transform the most lives.
So here we are, still writing, still becoming, still unfolding.

Now let’s talk about the part of my life I have tiptoed around for months.
My business life.
My actual businesses.

In my last newsletter, when I reflected on my honest review of 2025, I spoke a lot about the refining, the pruning, the pivoting, the letting go and the deep internal rebuilding God has done. What I did not fully understand then was that the rebuilding of me was the foundation for everything He was getting ready to entrust to me.

God could not allow me to build anything until He built the woman.
Until He healed the vessel.
Until He refined the steward.

If I had resisted the breaking and rebuilding, I would not have had the capacity to give birth to what I now call Kingdom Legacy.

So let me bring you into what we have been quietly building, and what will take shape in 2026 and beyond.

We are stepping fully into BUSINESS.

For years, I knew I was multifaceted. I knew I carried many gifts. But I feared it would one day be seen as confusion or lack of direction. I feared appearing as if I were “doing too much.”

But God has affirmed me over and over again:
 “I wired you this way on purpose. You have the capacity to carry it all.”

Prophecies have confirmed it. Seasons have shaped it. And obedience has unlocked it.

So today, I stand boldly and say:
Yes, Lord. I am giving all of me to Your call.

Through this surrender, the Oyena Dyasi Group has been born — a multi-pillar legacy designed to transform lives, nations, systems and hearts.

Every time I look at the registration documents, I weep.
Last week, as I was showing a friend the business bank cards, each engraved with the name of a pillar, she jokingly asked, “Which business is paying for our coffee today?”
We laughed… but I cried later. Because this is real. This is God. This is legacy.

And just when I thought registering companies and opening bank accounts was the “big milestone,” God whispered, “Let’s hire.”

Hire?
Hire who?
Hire how?

Yet here we are, this week I concluded interviews for my first Executive Assistant.
Yes. We are hiring before long-term contracts.
Yes. We are hiring before the revenue reflects the vision.
Because God funds His visions.
He provides for those who step out in faith.
He backs movement, not concepts.

Everything is still in its infancy, and I’m comfortable with that.
I want you, Path Finder, to journey with me in real time, through the beginning stages, the unknowns, the highs, the lows, the obedience, the stretching.
You will watch me build from scratch, brick by brick, faith by faith.

Not so that you look at me and say, “She is doing so much.”
But so that you can look at yourself and say,
 “I, too, can live boldly in my God-given purpose.”

Have you ever seen someone without consistent income or long-term clients begin hiring and building multiple companies at once?
Probably not.
But I am inviting you,even with your justified concerns, to watch me build this entire legacy purely on FAITH and an unwavering belief that promotion comes from God alone.
